Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dd345", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the dd345.io platform and all services made available through it.
• "Platform" means the dd345.io website, all subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any associated software or application through which dd345 services are accessed.
• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or uses any service offered on dd345.io.
• "Account" means the registered player account created when a person completes the dd345 registration process.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, promotional, and transactional services made available through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a player's dd345 Account, whether deposited or credited as a bonus.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Verification

To use the Services on dd345, you are required to register a personal Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

• Single Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. dd345 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate Accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your Account details promptly if your circumstances change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dd345 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, dd345 requires completion of the KYC process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card or passport) and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Verification documents must be current and legible.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. dd345 may close or suspend an Account where these Terms have been breached, where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, or where required by applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

dd345 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time under normal circumstances. dd345 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the dd345 support team.
• KYC verification must be completed before a player's first withdrawal. dd345 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time.
• dd345 targets same-day processing for withdrawals submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed the following business day.
• dd345 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

dd345 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. dd345 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement). Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit under that promotion. Subsequent deposits do not automatically attract bonus credits.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may be forfeited if the Account is closed before the wagering requirement is completed.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering with other players, or stake patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on dd345 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until dd345 issues an explicit confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical fault prior to confirmation, the bet is void and any stake will be returned.
• Obvious Errors: dd345 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or with a payout that was clearly the result of a technical error, typographical error, or mispricing. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time is reached, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Maximum Winnings: dd345 applies maximum single-event payout limits. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be reduced to that limit without further negotiation.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to potential delays between submission and acceptance due to real-time odds changes. dd345 reserves the right to decline an in-play bet if the odds have moved materially between submission and processing.
• Casino & RNG Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. dd345 does not modify game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dd345 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or registration information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dd345 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall layout and appearance of the Platform — is the intellectual property of dd345 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
